I noticed that although r16-6063-g0b786d961d4426 mostly sped up the analyzer
integration tests, qemu-7.2.0/build/target_hexagon_decode.c now takes *much*
longer than before, now taking 4844s wallclock time (about 80 minutes) in a
debug build.
