Confirmed.

Looks to be broken in the front-end:
  struct blob b = {.data={1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, ..., 121, 122, 123,
124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, [129]=130}};

And yes it does look like it is related to RAW_DATA_CST.
