Yes, the error is no longer reported since
r15-7906-gb360d4aafc1356386313c7392f7444b3fc356681, so closing. Though as
Jason noted we probably should be erroring (or at least warning) here anyway,
but I don't think that is necessarily helpful; regardless, that could be a
separate report.
