I shall endeavor to rid the world of those pesky getenvs.
Most of them are lying around from debugging. The biggies are TRACE1 and
SHOW_PARSE; we'll give them GCOBOL_something names. They get executed only once
during a compilation and set booleans that indicate they were on.
