So... should ABOUT-NLS be updated for GCC15? If I read the git log correctly
the current file was installed by Zack Weinberg 21 years old and therefore
includes http links and a "status" of the translation project which is more
than outdated.
Bruno Haible adjusted the file within gettext in 2019 to the link-only, see

Maybe CC both (not sure how that is done in the interface) to get to a "final
decision"?
