If Mark's got the 2G version or is using the MMC card, it'd be much more sensitive to memory usage. I'll also note that over the last 3 weeks my emulated native builds have dramatically sped up, my money would be on the genemit changes. It's at the right time (last week of November) and purposefully designed to speed builds up.
