The test file pr117093.c failed on platforms other than aarch64, because it uses arm_neon.h. We moved it into gcc.target/aarch64. The patch was bootstrapped and tested on aarch64-linux-gnu and x86_64-linux-gnu, no regression. Committed as obvious.
