--- Comment #4 from Sam James <sjames at gcc dot gnu.org> --- I think (not 100% sure) we have to clobber it unconditionally if gdb was built with a configure option for some default debuginfod server, but I have not checked on fedora if they just export that var in their default profiles instead.
