Hopefully I'll be able to merge all of this to trunk next week. Note that the "2.2-prerelease" stuff does almost nothing at this stage and is experimental; you should probably leave "version" unset so that it uses the default (2.1, which is what every other SARIF-based project I've looked at seems to be using).
