Sam's been doing great work lately fixing malformed dg directives in our
testsuite.
We chatted briefly on IRC about maybe having a linting tool to automate
detection of the common mistakes, so that we can prevent categories of mistakes
going forward.
Filing this RFE to capture this idea, and to give a place to record ideas for
things it could check.
Could probably be done as a simple Python 3 script under "contrib".
