TREE_READONLY, DECL_PURE_P, TREE_THIS_VOLATILE (for const, pure and noreturn attributes) probably makes no sense, DECL_IS_RETURNS_TWICE neither (returns_twice ctor?). What about TREE_NOTHROW?
