typedef struct { int a[32]; } b;
b c;
int d, e, f;
void g () {
  for (; c.a[f - 1]; f++) {

}

Running gcc -O3 -c t.c on s390x does not terminate. Started with
gcc-13-5630-g881bf8de9b0
