And if one deletes copy constructor of A:

struct A {       
    constexpr A() = default;
    constexpr A(const A&) = delete;
    constexpr A(int) : A(A()) {}
};

A a(2);

Then Clang rejects the program, but GCC accepts it (ignoring that selected

Is it ok?
