It should match what the FE is doing, and it uses
  if (TREE_CODE (stmt) == INTEGER_CST
      && TYPE_REF_P (TREE_TYPE (stmt))
      && (flag_sanitize & (SANITIZE_NULL | SANITIZE_ALIGNMENT))
      && !wtd->no_sanitize_p)
