pre-processed reduced testcase
gcc-8, gcc-9, and gcc-10 from Ubuntu 20.04 are failing to compile the attached
test at -O2 and -O3 on Graviton2 aarch64-linux.
$ g++-10 -O2 a.ii
[...]
