If libstdc++ is built with assertions enabled, the allocation aborts with: ../../../../../libstdc++-v3/src/c++17/memory_resource.cc:294: std::pmr::{anonymous}::bitset::bitset(void*, std::pmr::{anonymous}::bitset::size_type): Assertion 'empty()' failed.
