Hi, g++ cannot compile the following code while clang success.

$ cat s.cpp

extern char a;
char a  __attribute__ (( __section__ ("")));

$ clang++ -c s.cpp
success.

$ g++ -c s.cpp
/tmp/cctRcNlE.s: Assembler messages:
/tmp/cctRcNlE.s:4: Error: missing name


$ g++ -v
