Using floating point arithmetics for
+      static constexpr int digits10                                            
+       = static_cast<int>(digits * numbers::ln2 / numbers::ln10);              
seems unsafe, indeed with -frounding-math it can't be evaluated at compile
time, as it depends on the rounding mode.
Perhaps add a simple constexpr function that will compute this iteratively?
