Code demonstrating problems.

Hi all!

When passing array slices of assumed-size arrays the upper bound of the slice
gets rewritten to mark the array as assumed-size.

I believe that this behavior is incorrect and array slices are explicit shape
arrays.

OpenMP seems to rely on this behavior.

Seen in:

GNU Fortran (GCC) 9.2.1 20200303

GNU Fortran (GCC) 10.0.1 20200303 (experimental)

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
José Rui
