We're in luck.  10.1 has not been released, yet; and, trunk 10.0.0
has entered stage 4 (regression and documentation fixes only).  It
seems like a good time for a new contributor to step up and fix what
s/he does not like with documentation.

And, as our good fortunate will have, the move to git means that
I'll not longer be committing changes to gfortran.  We won't have
to deal with a 1000 or so bug fixes, a few 1000 code reviews,
and design decisions based on the Fortran standard.
