https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2019-08/msg02018.html, I've noticed:

on target arm-none-linux-gnueabihf
--with-mode arm
--with-cpu cortex-a15
--with-fpu neon-vfpv4
When building GCC --with-mode thumb, the regressions are:
