I'm looking at the difference in between -dumpspecs of GCC 8 (works) and GCC 9
(fails) and I see only cosmetic changes. One bigger is the newly added '@'
directive added by Erik (%@{I*&F*}) (r261474). I'll try to build GCC 9 with
this patch disabled.
Anyway, can please Eric or Ian help me how can we debug processing of the SPEC
directives?
