That bug was a clang bug, https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41767 and it
got fixed.
But now GCC, unlike clang, does not complain on the following:

void f(int n) {
#pragma omp parallel default(none) if(n)
    ;   
}

Is clang too eager here, or should gcc diagnose this too?
