--- Comment #49 from Iain Sandoe <iains at gcc dot gnu.org> --- so this should now be fixed on trunk/8.x It's not listed as a regression on 7.x but as I noted in the original patch submission it's wrong code there - just not triggered until the partitioning became part of bootstrap. So leaving this open until there's a decision on 7.x.
