You haven't provided any of the necessary information, as requested by https://gcc.gnu.org/bugs/ We need the preprocessed source and the output of 'gcc -v' But "illegal instruction" suggests that you're using a GCC built for a different machine, but running on an older processor which doesn't support that build.
