No other code has similar wording of a translatable message, and for translators it is beneficial to see there the name of the attribute if it is the only one. But sure, if you prefer, I can use %qs and "noinline". The primary thing is that adding const char *noinline = "noinline"; in order to save 6 " characters (so one can use noinline instead of "noinline") doesn't look like a simplification.
