But, independent of that, the ISO_Fortran_binding.h header can also be useful for non-coarray codes, so gfortran should provide it even if OpenCoarrays is not available. I know that GCC's build system can be a nuisance, but there should be a way to do this. In any case, let's please keep this PR open until the issue is properly taken care of ...
