CHs logic for which parts to copy isn't very good, esp. in the case of
multi-exit loops where IMHO it simply shouldn't do anything without more
heuristics.
There's a related bug I came along recently where it does nothign despite
the loop not being a do-while loop, PR85116.
So let me take this one as well for next stage1.
