In the main programme:
struct array00_integer(kind=4) desc.3;
desc.3.dtype = {.elem_len=8, .rank=0, .type=11};
desc.3.data = (void * restrict) &z;
foo (&desc.3);
At least foo is reporting the correct result. I'm onto it.
