        PR libstdc++/81017
        * include/std/functional (function::function(function&&))
        (function::operator=(function&&)): Add noexcept.
        * testsuite/20_util/function/assign/move.cc: Check for noexcept.
        * testsuite/20_util/function/cons/move.cc: Likewise.
