fixincludes/fixincl.c reads in line 1123:
fprintf (stderr, z_failed, _ttyp, p_fixd->fix_name, \
pz_fname, p_fixd->test_ct - test_ct);
The variable z_failed is undefined.
This is not a critical issue as it only appears if DEBUG is defined.
But AFAIK its still a bug, so I wanted to report it.
