Updated AArch32 patch, including testcase. It bootstrapped/regtested fine, no
changes were needed in libstdc++/testsuite/lib/ - note: is pruned out by
default (gcc-dg.exp).
But for some reason no notes are reported in the caller of fn1 and fn3 where
I'd expect them.
