This is on a signed 1-bit precision type, with intersection:
~[0, +INF] (this is represented as VR_ANTI_RANGE 0 0)
and
[-INF, +INF] (and this one VR_RANGE -1 0)
But signed 1-bit precision type is always a nightmare to get right.
Debugging.
