To reproduce, use:
arm-linux-gnueabi-gcc -Wno-pointer-sign -O2 -fsanitize=object-size
-fsanitize=null -c -o zl10353.o zl10353.i
nm zl10353.o | grep ____ilog2_NaN
Compiling without -fsanitize=object-size -fsanitize=null removes the reference
to ____ilog2_NaN
Reproduced with today's trunk, but originally reported against 5.3.1
