I see that in the current tests to perform for patch acceptance, in the web
documentation, is "make bootstrap".
AFAIK, this is equivalent to bootstrap-O2.
Would it be worthwhile to suggest "make bootstrap-O3" as an optional testing
extra ?
It might be made mandatory sometime in the future, for some targets.
I think this would be of value to anyone changing the middle end
or the back end.
