code to reproduce bug + compilation error message

Dear GCC developpers,

-----------

* Maybe I found an internal bug in g++ 5.3.1

* The small code in attachement compiled with:

g++ -std=c++14 -v bugG++.cpp -o bugG++

gives an internal error:

bugG++.cpp:43:15: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
 constexpr int VariableTemplate =
               ^
0x84ce14 crash_signal
        ../../src/gcc/toplev.c:383
....

* The program compiles using clang++-3.7

------------

Beside that, I really love g++.
It is really a great compiler!
Thanks
VP
