There is an inconsistency in the documentation at
https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gfortran/Error-and-Warning-Options.html.
The description of -Wall claims that it includes -Wno-tabs, while the
description of -Wtabs claims that -Wtabs is active for -Wall (and others).
One of the two must be wrong. From the behaviour of gfortran it seems that
-Wall does imply -Wtabs.
