I build with ../build/configure \ --enable-languages=c,c++,fortran \ --enable-checking=release \ --disable-libstdcxx-pch --enable-libgomp \ --enable-lto --enable-gold --with-plugin-ld=gold make BOOT_CFLAGS="-g -O2" bootstrap2-lean with gcc 4.5.1, glibc 2.11.3 and binutils 2.21
