Having just built a shiny new 5.1.0 out of the box, I'm seeing the same issue
as this, using gold. I used an in-tree build of binutils (2.24) if that helps.
I didn't have to rebuild gcc, I just didn't supply "-fuse-ld=gold" and all
worked. Given that gold is so much more awesome than ld in terms of speed, is
this a bug to file against gold or gcc? I see the status of this bug is
"resolved moved" but I can't see where it was moved to!
