I used the fortran compiler, 4.9.0, with the new Mac OS (Yosemite, 10.10), and
got the same error message others got from the gcc compiler:

gfortran: warning: couldn’t understand kern.osversion ‘14.0.0

There doesn't seem to be a way to work around this, so my laptop is currently
useless for compiling my code.
