Subreg functions in simplify_subreg transform (subreg:hi (plus:si argp 8)) into
(plus:hi (subreg:hi argp) 8). I'll investigate how to avoid this transformation
as LRA works fine if transformation is not done.

I hope to have a patch until the weekend.
