Shouldn't it be there ? This is where the bits/c++config.h should be found. On the other hand, a couple of paths are given as -isystem argument that do not exist : /software6/compilers/gcc/4.8.2/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/include /software6/compilers/gcc/4.8.2/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/sys-include Those folders do not exist.
