Reproducer
Compiling the attached union.ads results in the bug box below.
The code compiles with GNAT GPL 2012, though I think it shouldn't because this
is a non-confirming representation aspect following freeze (ARM 13.1(10)).
gcc -c -gnatwa -gnat12 -gnatd.n union.ads
