I've tested it so far with c++-only bootstraps on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu (verifying that the -nH test is gone from libstdc++-v3 config.log and HWCAP_FLAGS is empty) and i386-pc-solaris2.10 with Sun as (where the -nH test is performed and HWCAP_FLAGS is set as expected).
