Please take a look to dependency-walker (or objdump -x) and check for DLL-dependencies. Copy those also to your Vista Box. If you require more help on that please post mail to gcc-help ML, or to mingw.org's, or mingw-w64's public mailing list, or visit them on their irc. This isn't a gcc-bug. so close as invalid.
