The 4.6 branch as

lto1: internal compiler error: tree check: expected tree that contains 'decl
minimal' structure, have 'record_type' in lookup_decl_die, at
dwarf2out.c:8163^M
Please submit a full bug report,^M

instead, the 4.7 branch is indeed fixed.
