Same assert as PR 49297 -> mark as duplicate.
As written, without details about the compile (gfortran -v) and without access
to the source code, debugging is impossible.
I still believe that you use GCC 4.0 and not 4.6 as otherwise the line number
("trans-expr.c:268") in the error message does not make sense. You could try to
contact the Molcas developers as they do have access to the source code of
Molcas: http://www.molcas.org/contact.html
