Current GCC trunk already has support for DWARF2 CFI emission. But as per internals, emitting CFI can be optional. So unless DWARF2_UNWIND_INFO or INCOMING_RETURN_ADDR_RTX is defined, the function initial_return_save() should not be invoked.
