More examples of up/down rounding bug.
There is another issue here where rounding goes wrong:
It seems all values greater than 0.0 and smaller than 0.1 are rounded
incorrectly with ROUND=UP; all values smaller than 0.0 and greater than -0.1
are rounded incorrectly with ROUND=DOWN.
