--- Comment #43 from Jack Howarth <howarth at nitro dot med.uc.edu> 2011-02-04 03:24:02 UTC --- I would also argue, in support of the patch in Comment 42, that it may be wrong to assume that Apple's linker handles stubs for libgcc_s.1.dylib for mmacosx-version-min=10.6 in the same manner as under mmacosx-version-min=10.5. Since they now never link in libgcc_s.10.5.dylib under mmacosx-version-min=10.6, the handling of a stub on libgcc_s.1.dylib may well have changed (or be buggy) in the linker.
